When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions, and your experience with us begins!
Lunch at Le Pavillon:
Monday through Friday - 11:45 AM to 2:00 PM
SUMMIT One Vanderbilt Experience:
Daily - 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM
*SUMMIT One Vanderbilt is closed most Tuesdays unless otherwise scheduled, Vouchers may not be used for sunset or holidays. Times may be subject to change based on availability.

Le Pavillon and SUMMIT One Vanderbilt are both located in the One Vanderbilt skyscraper.
Lunch at Le Pavillon
- Guests must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid ID to consume alcohol
- Some allergies and dietary restrictions may be accommodated
- Baby strollers and prams are not allowed inside
- Additional beverages are not included but can be purchased separately at the restaurant
SUMMIT One Vanderbilt Experience
- Food and beverages, including cocktails, are available for purchase on-site
- Outside food and beverage, smoking or e-cigarettes, or weapons of any kind will not be permitted beyond the security checkpoint
- Complimentary WiFi is available
- Large bags, large backpacks, and luggage are not permitted

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Gifts.
Cancellation Policy

Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 24 hours prior to the experience. However, all cancellation and rescheduling requests are subject to additional fees. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.

Once you have received a booking confirmation, no cancellation and rescheduling is allowed. Failure to appear on your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
