Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Gifts.
Cancellation Policy
One-Night Hotel Getaway - San Francisco
Prior to redeeming your Virgin Gifts certificate for your hotel getaway certificate, Virgin Gifts' standard return and exchange policy shall apply. This includes the ability to exchange this gift for any other gift or experience offered by Virgin Gifts. However, once you have redeemed your Virgin Gifts certificate and been issued a hotel getaway certificate number, you will no longer be able to exchange your hotel getaway certificate for another Virgin Gifts experience, and no refunds will be given.
Custom Luxury Picnic
Once you have received a booking confirmation, all bookings are final. Rescheduling is allowed up to 7 days prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or reschedule at least 7 days prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience. In the event that your tour is cancelled due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will be able to reschedule directly with the experience provider.
