What happens on the day
Get ready for an exhilarating adventure on exciting high-performance ATVs. Whether a novice or expert ATVer, this trip is a memorable experience in the rugged Alaskan wilderness.
When you arrive, you will meet your professionally trained ATV guide who will assign helmets and vehicles and run through an important safety orientation. Then you’re ready to go! You’re your adrenaline pumping, you’ll head out caravan-style. Follow your guides as you splash through rocky creek beds and climb mountain terrain.
Prepare to get dirty as you power down trails at speeds up to 30 mph. It’s not all heart-pumping four-wheeling, though. You’ll have plenty of stops along the way to snap photos. Take in gorgeous views of the Alaska Range, Otto Lake and the Healy Valley. And watch out for moose on the trail – wildlife is abundant.

When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions, and your experience with us begins!

- All ages are welcome to ride
- Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license to drive passenger ATV
- 16-year-olds with valid driver’s license can drive a single ATV with parental approval/supervision
- Guests must sign a liability waiver before participating
- A professionally trained guide will lead the way
- Helmets and ATVs are provided
- Booster seats are available for children over 35 lbs
- Tours are not recommended for pregnant women or anyone with neck or back issues

FAQs
Are there age restrictions?
Single ATV: 18 to drive, but 16 with parental permission and valid Driver’s License.
Side-by-Side ATV: 18 to drive with a valid Driver’s License.
All ages are welcome to ride as long as they can sit in their own seat. (Booster seats for children and front facing car seats for infants over 35 lbs are available to use.)
What should I wear?
Please wear closed-toe shoes and weather appropriate clothing that you don’t mind getting dirty.
Are there restrooms?
There is a port-a-potty at the launch spot. Please note that there is not a restroom available once you depart for the tour until you return back to the launch spot.
Is this tour wheelchair accessible?
The provider tries to be as accommodating as possible. Please let Virgin Experience Gifts know of any mobility issues at the time of booking to see if accommodations can be made.
What can I bring?
All participants are welcome to bring a light snack, water, and their camera!

If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Gifts.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, all bookings are final. Rescheduling is allowed up to 72 hours prior to your experience. In the event your experience is canceled due to inclement weather you will reschedule your experience directly with your experience provider. Failure to appear on your booked date or reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
