So glad we took the chance and bought this through virgin gifts. We got a great deal and it was very easy to book our hot air balloon flight. The flight was fantastic and so memorable. Would definitely recommend!

It was a nice vibe. Could have been better if the lounges were quiet people were chatting like they were at a hookah bar.

Beautiful location. The space is well attended to and very clean. The saunas are wonderful and there are many options with varying heat levels. The jacuzzi area however is lacking. The smaller pool with jets tended to spray our faces and hair. The separated standing jet area across from the smaller pool barely seemed like they were working. There was a slight pulse but it definitely did not have any pressure. The water temperature was kept warm but none of the pools would I say are hot. The restaurant staff was kind, but the system for service as a whole seemed very unorganized. Service was slow and despite waiting a long time to order or for our food to come, we did see staff standing around chatting with one another. There was also a lot of confusion with our food ticket and we were brought another tables order a couple of times. It was a nice experience all in all, however with so many other options out there, I will most likely not revisit.

Highly recommend for groups couples or even solo! Renovations are nice! Bistro was great, highly recommended the sunset slot, less $, less people, amazing views and vibe! We are now regulars!

I flew with Jim at Chicago Executive Flight School, and had an incredible time. This was truly a flying experience, as the student has the controls most of the flight. It was a real introduction and immersion into flight.

The sunset hot air balloon ride was a wonderful experience. Our pilot, Shane, is very experienced and never once was I afraid. It was so peaceful and beautiful floating around the Gilbert/Queen Creek area. We could also talk to people on the ground when we were at low altitudes, and a lot came out of their houses to see us. The crew was great also, setting up the equipment quickly, and helping everyone in and out of the basket. Everything went smoothly and all was explained thoroughly to us as first time balloon riders. I highly recommend booking this experience, I want to go again!!

It was a great time and flew by. Experience was very hands on and we got to create two pieces! I learnt a lot.

My flight lesson was exactly what I hoped for. My instructor, John Gaud, was very knowledgable, calm, reassuring and had a great sense of humor. He prepared me perfectly for my first flight and I had the best time!!!

Nick, our instructor was beyond amazing. He took all the time to walk us through each of the details and he answered alk of our questions too. My husband took the control of the cessna for a good amount if time and it truly created a memorable experience. Thank you Nick for your professionalism !

My husband gave me a Spa Experience gift certificate. When I tried to make a booking it was confusing to follow all the steps, and then there was no way to search for spas near me. Someone from the support team promptly responded to my email and provided a link. The link was exactly what I had been looking for. When I called to make the booking, I was very disappointed they charged me $20 for using the certificate. Despite this I was happy with the facility and with the massage Marta L.

This tour was really incredible and amazing to go on. Our pilot was great and knowledgeable and I felt safe the entire time. Bit of feedback would be the listing of the experience says it’s between 12-3pm but my pick up was 6:15am from my hotel, and I was back by 9:30am so I feel like we could’ve done the experience later in the day as the sun was blinding us from half of the trip. Also we had only 3.5 hrs from hotel pick up to drop off whereas the experience listing says it’s 4-4.5hrs so felt like we didn’t have as much time in the Grand Canyon like on the ground and having the picnic as I thought we would have. The picnic was also a little bit disappointing from the food perspective but the views made up for it. Definitely a once in a lifetime experience

My experience began a little rough due to mistaken identity with a photo I submitted. However my overall experience was awesome!!! My husband was sooo shocked/surprised and LOVED it!

I had an amazing time with my girls!! We spent the whole day and took our time trying all the pools and rooms!! There was way more than I expected!! Its a one of a kind experience.

The experience of flyling on the T-6 Warbird was incredible. The staff and pilot were all incredible. I will do this again as it was one of the best experiences of my life.
