Your amazing adventure will kick off when you step inside Madame Tussauds New York, the world’s greatest wax museum. With this exciting day pass, you’ll have access to all 5 of the museum's floors. Where you begin is entirely up to you.
Perhaps you’ll start with a visit to Broadway where you can sing, dance, and perform alongside some of NYC’s greatest stars. Then, make your way through Warner Bros. Icons of Horror and stand up against today's scariest movie villains.

When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions, and your experience with us begins!

Friday and Saturday* - 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM

How long does this experience last?
The tour through the attraction is self-guided. It should take you approximately 60 to 90 minutes to complete your tour. However, you may take as little or as long as you need to experience the entire attraction.
Can I bring a camera?
Yes! Cameras are permitted in all public areas of Madame Tussauds New York.
Can I bring a baby stroller?
Yes! The only restriction is they need to remain under 36" in width.
What is the accessibility of this experience?
The entire attraction is wheelchair accessible; however, wheelchairs are not available on site. We recommend that you provide your own wheelchair if needed.

Great experience and the plus was the savings
We had a great time at Madam Tussauds. First I was nevous about getting tickets through virgin experience as the site didn’t specify what day they applied to, but once purchased, it was easy to book the vouchers for the same day and the tickets worked fine. My spouse was a little creeped out at Madame Tussauds, but we all found it fun,m. Even my 6 year old enjoyed it, especially the short movie. We were able to take many fun photos with the wax figures. For the NYC Madame Tussaauds location you need at least 90 to 120 minutes to go through the whole museum if you take time to take some photos. Highly recommended for an interesting and fun experience!
