What happens on the day
Design, create, repeat - your art, your rules!
Just north of Downtown Austin, this upbeat studio is all about letting your imagination run wild. You’ll pre-select your project before arriving, with three incredible ways to get creative:
Candle Making : Say hello to your new favorite candle! Simply pick a glass vessel before filling it with colorful wax, heavenly fragrances, and fun toppers.
Pottery Painting : Grab a piece (practical, decorative, or somewhere in between) and turn it into your own little masterpiece. Once it’s fired (2 to 5 days later), it’ll be ready to use or proudly display.
Mosaic Art : This one’s all about the details. Transform tiles, gems, and mirror bits into a stunning work of art.
No matter which project you choose, all tools and materials will be provided, along with plenty of sample designs to help spark your creativity!

Availability
When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions, and your experience with us begins!
Year-Round:
Sunday and Monday - 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Tuesday and Thursday - 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Friday and Saturday - 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

- For pottery painting, you won’t be able to take your piece home the same day. It will be ready for pick up after the firing process, which typically takes 2 to 5 days.

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Gifts.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have received a booking confirmation, no cancellation requests will be allowed. Rescheduling requests are allowed up to 24 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
