What happens on the day
Let the adventure begin! During this all-day experience, you’ll travel from Las Vegas to the Grand Canyon’s breathtaking south rim.
Beginning at your hotel, you’ll hop aboard a custom Adventure Tour Trekker—complete with leather captain seats and oversized windows. Enjoy a boxed breakfast as you travel along Route 66 through the Mojave Desert, all while learning about the Southwest's wildlife, history, and legends.
Upon arrival at the Grand Canyon, you’ll visit some of the park’s most jaw-dropping spots. Take in panoramic views from Mather Point before strolling down the "Trail of Time" to Yavapai Point. Next, you'll stop at the historic Bright Angel Lodge—located just feet from the rim. Here, you’ll indulge in a delicious boxed lunch and enjoy free time to explore.
For the grand finale, you’ll stop at a local trading post, where you’ll find beautiful Native American art, jewelry, and keepsakes—the perfect souvenir to remember your Grand Canyon adventure!

- Participants must be at least 3 years old
- Individuals with limited mobility are welcome to bring a collapsible wheelchair
- Some dietary restrictions may be accommodated with prior notice
- Please note: all non-US residents will be required to pay an additional $100 fee per person to enter the National Park. This fee will be collected prior to your tour in accordance with the National Park Service’s (NPS) new fee structure implemented on January 1, 2026.
- Non-US residents who have purchased a valid America the Beautiful (ATB) International Pass will be exempt from the additional fee; however, proof of pass is required.
- All US residents must bring a valid photo ID to prove residency

If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. Cancellation Policy
Once you have received a booking confirmation, all bookings are final. No cancellations or rescheduling requests will be allowed. Failure to appear on your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience. In the event that your tour is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be able to reschedule directly with the experience provider.
