Located in the heart of Needham, you’ll step inside a one-of-a-kind candle bar. With an expert leading the way, you’ll learn how to design and create a high-quality, non-toxic candle. Take your pick from over 50 premium fragrances—from warm and woody to fresh, floral, and everything in between.
Start by placing your lead-free cotton wick, then carefully pour your custom blend of 100% soy wax. These top-notch ingredients ensure a clean, long-lasting, and eco-friendly burn.
After pouring, your candle will need about two to three hours to fully set. Once it’s ready, you’ll head home with your one-of-a-kind, ready-to-light masterpiece!

When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions, and your experience with us begins!

Monday through Thursday - 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Friday - 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Gifts.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 48 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 48 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
