Your 2-hour rental begins when you pick up your e-bike, helmet, bike lock, and complimentary city map. Your rental also includes a bike basket or bag so you can safely store personal items while you ride. Once you have all your gear, where you go is entirely up to you!

Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions, and your experience with us begins!

Do I need previous experience?
While you do not need previous e-bike experience, you will need to be able to ride a standard, two-wheeled bicycle.
What should I bring?
Bring your ID, a credit card, reusable water bottle, and sunglasses. Do not bring oversized items like large bags or purses.

If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. Cancellation Policy
Once you have received a booking confirmation, all bookings are final. No cancellations or rescheduling requests will be allowed. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
