What happens on the day
In this expert-level escape room challenge, you and your team are special agents investigating a double agent that has compromised an outpost. You’ve been told that the prime suspect is Thomas Barrett. You’ve just discovered a hidden basement located near his property, but you must investigate quickly – Thomas will be back in just 60 minutes!
Prepare yourself for an exciting day of fun, unexpected twists, and unforgettable challenges as you step into an incredible themed room. You will be absolutely blown away by the elaborate details of the room and you will have no trouble getting into character.
Suddenly, the door locks and the clock starts ticking down. Start searching the room for clues and remember, they could be anywhere. Under a table, in a book, or hidden behind a mirror. If at any point your team gets stuck, the Game Master can nudge you in the right direction or provide more helpful hints.
The clock hits zero. Did your team solve the mystery? Whether the mission is a success or failure, your team will regroup to debrief and take photos!

When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions, and your experience with us begins!

What can I expect during this experience?
You can expect to have a great time with friendly people in an elaborately decorated themed room. The goal is to have an amazing time while solving puzzles and working together to escape the room.

This is a private experience and will consist of you, your personal group, and the Game Master.

This escape room is rated as expert. If you are stuck, the Game Master can give you hints to nudge you in the right direction.
Are there any age restrictions?
All ages are welcome to attend. However, for the best overall experience, we recommend participants be at least 13 years old. Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver for them.

Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Gifts.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 24 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
