Cancellation Policy
Getaway for Two at Virgin Hotels Nashville
Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 24 hours prior to your check-in date. Failure to appear on your check-in date or to cancel and reschedule at least 24 hours prior will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
Downtown Helicopter Tour
Once you have scheduled a date and received a confirmation, rescheduling and cancellation is allowed up to 72 hours prior to the booked date and time. Once you are within 72 hours prior to your booked date and time, you may only reschedule and no cancellations are permitted. Failure to appear on your booked date or to rescheduling according to these terms will result in the loss of the value of the certificate. In the case that the event is postponed due to inclement weather, as determined by the experience provider, you may reschedule directly with the experience provider.
